Public information

WOI — Waldorf Operations Intelligence

A private, local-first workspace for personal organization and authorized integrations.

WOI is a personally operated application for organizing notes, projects, tasks, and calendar information in one place. It is designed to keep its primary application and records on the owner's own computer, with optional connections to external services authorized by the account holder.

What WOI does

WOI provides separate workspaces for personal organization and projects. Its Google Calendar connection lets the account holder view upcoming calendar events and manually refresh a limited local snapshot. The Calendar connection is read-only: WOI cannot create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events.

A read-only Personal Gmail connection is planned but not yet activated. Once activated, it will let the account holder, after explicit consent, view a limited, locally cached set of recent message metadata and open individual messages on request. Gmail access will be read-only: WOI cannot send, delete, archive, or modify messages. Other integrations are not enabled.
